Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Thanks to all our new adopters for the lovely homes given to our two litters this year. We have one kitten available which I have a number of enquirers to sort through and photos to update.
Plans for next year will be posted in the New Year. Until then we wish you a restful holiday and hope Father Christmas brings you what you need. 😺

Hi all,
Apologies to all who are waiting on approvals/kittens. My mum was rushed into hospital on Monday after being unwell for a while. I will endevour to reply to everyone between hospital visits, though I will need to prioritise adoptions first followed by the 2017 patience list.

A quick update September 2016

Amelie's kittens are all coming on well. As usual a fabulous bunch. I finally have my camera back after a loan, so will try and get some photos this weekend.

We are in the early stages of planning next year's spring litter of Siberians. Details will be posted soon. If you have contacted me, please be patient. We will then be taking a break due to work commitments and family visits.

I will have some adults for rehoming in the coming months as we are sadly reducing our numbers. All my BSH/BLH will be available as we are no longer pursuing this breed program. There will also be a number of Siberians, mainly boys. Some are show quality. I will post details on here as they become available.

Belated congratulations to Witchfyre Lunar Bear on becoming a Junior Champion. 

Bear was one of delightful babies from Baroque and Boudica in 2015.

Kitten News August 2016

Where on Earth do I fit in time for work!!

Amelie has given us seven lovely babies. They arrived in Monday 15th, all doing well. I think we have four boys and three girls. We have a mixture of high white brown/golden? tabby, silver?/blue/blue golden? and white and three lovely colourpoints (Neva Masquerade).

I will contact my list and interested parties in a week or so. All kittens will remain on assessment as I have breeder interest in these kittens.

Laska's kittens are getting ready to pack their rucksacks and go to their new homes in a week or so. All the new owner slaves have been on holiday, so the kittens have all enjoyed a slightly extended stay here. These are some photos I took a few weeks ago:

Kitten updates

Kittens are now a week old. We have a cute black silver and white girl (option), a sweet golden classic and white boy, a beautiful golden shaded girl (under assessment) and a fabulous cream silver boy.

All kittens are growing well and today opened their eyes to see the world. This happens between 7 and 10 days generally. These kittens are maturing early. For this reason I will not take any pictures for about 10 days to protect their eyes when using the camera flash.

We have given Enigma a rest as she is clearly not interested. We may try later in the year.

Amelie is visiting Belenus, hopefully news in a month or so.

May Updates

Laska and Belenus' kittens have arrived! 

We have a golden classic, a golden shaded, a black silver and a cream silver. All kittens are doing well. Photos will be posted later. All kittens will be offered to our patience list first and will be ready to leave in August.

Our next kittens are planned from Amelie. We hope kittens will arrive in July.

April Updates

We have kittens due soon!

Laska and Belenus are due their new family later this month. Our waiting list is full for this litter.

We are still waiting on Enigma to warm to Valentino's advances...at the moment they are like 'brother and sister' ... here's hoping for some action now the sun is out.

We will contact our 'patience list' as soon as babies are born and all's well.

February Updates...

All systems are go! Laska is visiting Belenus and she seems to like him; just got to give him time as it's all new to him...

If successful kittens will arrive early to mid April. I am really looking forward to these kittens. These are two unrelated lines, so anything could happen. Goldenesima Belenus is maturing into a fabulous Siberian and Witchfyre Silvalaska, a champion, has already proved her worth.

We are hoping for a lovely girl to keep if the right type and colour, fingers crossed. XX

Our next mating will hopefully be between Valentino and Enigma in a few weeks, followed by a change in plan for Amelie. We will be introducing her to our fabulous Witchfyre Krasni Kirill in May.

Patience List 2016 kittens

Our limited 2016 pet kitten list is filling up fast! If you have not returned your questionnaire please do this asap! We have plans for kittens in the spring 2016. Colours expected: Brown tabby, golden tabby, blue, blue golden, Red, silver; all with or without white & possibly colourpoint.

Please do not ask to join our list if you have made serious inquires elsewhere. We are very busy and are only looking for suitable adopters who want a quality kitten to adopt from us; not anyone who has made inquires elsewhere/timewasters. 

As this may be our last year for kittens due to a planned break, we are opening a limited waiting list of just six names(now renamed the patience list!) for pet kittens.Please note kittens will be offered first to our list this year and is limited to just six people. After this we will hold a reserve list. If you are thinking of a Witchfyre kitten don't delay, contact me now!

Can we remind people who contact us regarding the list that if you are considering a Witchfyre or Witchstorm kitten, please read the following:

Please be prepared to wait up to twelve months for a kitten. We do not breed 'on demand' ....we are not a pet shop.

We do not allow kittens to be adopted on a sale or return basis in case it does not fit with your children, lifestyle or match your decor! If this is you please reconsider adopting a pet...

Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to all our kitten slaves and prospective adopters!

Another year has passed us by, time is flying! This year has had some challenges...

The first four months were crazy busy as I continued my 'chauffeur' duties. Due to work and family commitments, we were not able to have any kittens at that time. We did however manage to venture out to our two local shows and our very handsome Witchfyre Krasni Kirill took best SLH kitten at the Lancs Show. Thank you D Butters!

Our first kittens arrived in June from Goldenesima Alexandr and Koolble Amelie....what a match, five stunning boys and our first homebred blue-golden.

In September Boudica and Baroque produced two more boys...both golden tabbypoints Neva Masquerade). One will be jetting off to Germany soon and the other will stay here for now as this is the last of my Belphie line; Boudica will be spayed this month and will be looking for a forever home. Contact me for more details.

No more kittens in 2015 as we waited for the arrival of our grandson Harry in November. We are delighted as he is the first boy in this generation after four girls!

So now to 2016. We will endeavor to 'catch up' with our matings this year as we have some fabulous cats to try out. Our plans are as follows; please note they are only plans and will be dependent on the cats! As the weather is currently unpredictable this may have an effect on timings. 

Spring/Summer 2016

Goldenesima Belenus (blue golden tabby point (Neva Masquerade) and white) x CH Witchfyre Silvalaska (tortie silver shaded). 
Colours expected Brown or blue, black/blue silver, tortie/tortie silver, red/cream, red/cream silver mackerel or classic tabby; with our without white. As Laska carries dilute and golden, we are keeping our fingers crossed for a blue golden girl in this mating.
